What we’re looking for

We are looking to expand our Operations team and looking for a full-time Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator. This is a fast-paced, volume resourcing opportunity where you will work as part of a close-knit team to support the candidate sourcing process for the business. This role can be filled in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane with flexible working arrangements.

While this is something we will continually strive to minimise, there will be occasions where we will have to pull together a team and put in the extra effort to make sure we hit critical deadlines.


The Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator will be responsible for attracting, sourcing and shortlisting candidates across a variety of roles including sales, product development, product design and IT project management as well as providing recruitment support to the broader operations team. This is a great opportunity to join a great team and utilise your talent sourcing skills, organisational skills and people skills in a supportive environment. In this role you will be responsible for:

      • Support across a high volume of vacancies, maintaining a strong candidate experience throughout
      • Using the tools provided to source high quality candidates
      • Create and maintain job advertisements and job boards
      • Conducting phone screening of candidates for interview
      • Interviewing candidates
      • Completing reference and police checks
      • Assisting with staff visa applications
      • Producing content for internal and external recruitment and staff communications
      • Other associated administrative duties

Essential Skills

      • Previous experience in a Resourcing role
      • Flexible work attitude is essential
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, you could be sourcing multiple different roles at the same time
      • Flexibility to multitask
      • Excellent communication and people skills
