We are looking for an experienced professional to run IT Operations for our company. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated employee and well-versed in all things IT and will also fit in with our diverse and eclectic culture.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing configuring and safeguarding the company’s systems and critical information. The role will mainly focus on system administration, but you will also be responsible for security incident investigation and response, automation, and IT policy.

You will be providing IT support to technical and non-technical units of the business, all the while ensuring Creativemass infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

      • Support and manage internal SaaS applications (Experience is favourable in Office 365, AWS, Azure, Zoom and Mobile Device Management Platform).
      • Remote device support and management (Windows 10 and MacOS).
      • Manage user accounts, groups, and access.
      • Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and outages with sufficient communication.
      • Secure and manage small office LAN networks.
      • Research, advise and deploy suitable new technologies to improve workflows.
      • Configuring security systems, analysing security requirements, and recommending improvements.
      • Produce technical documentation, manuals, IT policies, communication procedures, system diagrams, change management, and rollout schedules
      • Develop and maintain an understanding of Cyber Security industry issues and trends; to be able to apply relevant procedure to suit the company. To help the company comply with risk management, legal and regulatory compliance in cloud-hosted IT service delivery environments.
      • Co-deliver training workshops and presentation to educate employees and partners on technical IT security and perform internal audits periodically.
      • Knowledge of protecting data in transit and at rest is essential.
      • Deploy, manage, and monitor mobile device management across the company.
      • Provide technical assistance for the identification and investigation of security incidents and breaches and maintain necessary documentation not limited to Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management, Proxy/Firewalls.
      • Protect data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage, access polices, and other necessary means.
      • Work on projects over sprints and document your work using JIRA.
      • Develop and maintain an understanding of Cyber Security industry issues, trends; particularly in the areas of risk management, legal and regulatory compliance in cloud-hosted IT service delivery environments.
      • Liaise with external providers to perform penetration testing against web applications, network infrastructures, API end-point integration, user workstations, websites and other platforms with in-depth security report detailing the findings and solutions on how to remediate the vulnerabilities.
      • Co-deliver training workshops and presentation to educate employees and partners on technical IT security and perform internal audits periodically.
      • Continually improve the business cyber security posture within current and planned applications and contribute to the cyber security strategy and roadmaps ensuring alignment to the business.

Essential Skills

      • Experience in providing remote support to people in multiple countries, across time zones, and familiar with shipping and receiving hardware and customs.
      • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
      • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
      • Experience in a tech company or start-up environment is an advantage.
      • Familiarity with Azure and AWS.
      • Understanding of basic networking fundamentals and basic troubleshooting.
      • Ability to self-manage priorities and work across multiple teams in the business. Strong organizational and task management skills.
      • A strong understanding and knowledge of computer, network, and security systems.
